What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex research projects where I can improve workflows, coordinate global teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with client objectives.

I've managed medium- to large-scale qualitative and quantitative research projects at Human8, including UX testing, Brand Health Trackers, MROCs, and IDIs across APAC and EMEA.

I define scope, milestones, timelines, and resources with consultant teams and stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and use RAID reporting to proactively manage risks, issues, and decisions. I also oversee project databases, purchase orders, participant incentives, vendor invoicing, and final itemised client invoices.

Previously, I delivered research projects at Schlesinger Group and The Brand Surgeon, supporting client consultations, recruitment, quota reporting, feasibility, fieldwork, and final reporting.
