As a Chartered Accountant and Financial Analyst with over 37 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to providing exceptional financial services and advisory. My journey began in January 1987, and since then, I have been a Senior Partner at a reputable Chartered Accountant firm in New Delhi. My expertise encompasses a wide range of financial evaluations, audits, and corporate advisory services.

Throughout my career, I have conducted extensive studies and evaluations of industrial enterprises, focusing on identifying issues leading to industrial sickness and developing rehabilitation packages for corporate turnaround. I have also managed audits for various entities, including state-owned enterprises and nationalized banks, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. My role has extended to due diligence, mergers, and acquisitions, where I have successfully negotiated terms on behalf of buyers.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I have contributed to the field through my involvement with various boards and committees, including the Quality Review Board and the Financial Reporting Review Board. I am committed to continuous learning, as evidenced by my completion of multiple certificate courses in areas such as sustainability reporting, forensic accounting, and corporate social responsibility.
