At Amazon, I led Cloud Tune’s Tier-1 traffic prediction and auto-scaling services on AWS, taking adoption from 20% to 100%. I also re-architected Scaling Planner by merging two live Tier-1 services with zero downtime and reducing operational costs by 50%.

Built an AI agent integrated with internal chat service, re-architected legacy Scaling Planner Service, and promoted to SDM (L6) in April 2025.
Led development for VMware Cloud Foundation's lifecycle system, designing an automated bundle management system that streamlined integration of vSphere, vSAN, and NSX while reducing software release errors.
Architected a real-time security insights platform using Python, Django, Celery, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch. Built end-to-end MAC address management and CLI features for network switches, cutting administrative time for customers and network teams.
Developed an automated billing management and validation framework integrated with Oracle BRM to enhance revenue visibility for finance operations.
Integrated core software modules across multi-device codebases, collaborated with TAM engineers on customer feature requests, and maintained product line reliability.
