I’m a Finance Controller and FP&A leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategic financial leadership, margin improvement, and operational excellence across global enterprises. I align finance strategy with business objectives to support scalable growth, profitability, and organizational agility.

At Capgemini, I served as a finance partner to executive leadership by consolidating monthly P&Ls, forecasting revenue and cost, and tracking KPIs to improve margins—especially across non-billable costs and productivity metrics. I owned financial management for US and Canada insurance clients with an annual portfolio of approximately 280M EUR, including quarterly revenue recognition against bookings, bookings calculations, and complex programs involving capitalization and amortization during major transitions.

Earlier, as a Pricing Analyst at Accenture Services, I delivered cost and profit analysis across pricing models (fixed price, shared services, ticket-based, and more) and supported sales and legal teams with deal financial risk identification and mitigation. I also validated financial perspectives on legal documents and master service agreement structures, guiding operations and sales on costing parameters to maximize gross margin.

I started in finance operations and pricing/commercials roles (Tech Mahindra; Tata Business Support Services), where I managed invoicing, receivables and payables, and tracked key metrics such as unbilled, accrued, debtors, and unapplied. I’ve repeatedly led transformation—building custom Excel tools for KPI and financial tracking, standardizing business development cost reporting, and implementing executive dashboards and forecasting/reporting tool rollouts.
