What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a procurement role where I can drive Strategic Sourcing and end-to-end P2P/S2C, deliver measurable cost savings (ZBC/Reverse Auctions), strengthen compliance and supplier performance, and grow in IT/SaaS procurement with cross-functional ownership.

I’m a Procurement Specialist with approx. 3 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Procurement Operations, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes across EPC and industrial projects valued at INR 10 Cr+. I’ve delivered 6-8% cost reduction through Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and Reverse Auctions, while managing 50+ vendors and running RFQ/RFP processes end-to-end.

In my roles, I own purchase requisition and purchase order management, supplier query resolution, and procurement compliance and contract administration support. I leverage SAP MM and digital Vendor Management Systems (VMS) / E-Procurement platforms to drive efficiency—while coordinating cross-functionally with Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Logistics to ensure delivery confirmations and resolve invoice/delivery discrepancies.
