At Oracle Financial Services Software, I supported Citibank systems through Jenkins CI/CD workflows for 28 microservices across Development, SIT, and Production. I triggered, monitored, and validated pipelines and coordinated weekly production deployments across seven global regions.
I also monitored OpenShift deployments and investigated pod status, rollout progress, and application logs during release troubleshooting. At GlobalLogic, I completed technical training in Core Java and Spring Boot fundamentals.
