What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics that improve profitability, strengthen decision-making, and support cross-functional business goals.

I'm leading annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range financial modeling, and P&L decision-making at ALG Senior. I create dashboards, KPI reports, and variance analyses that translate financial performance into clear actions.

Before becoming Financial Planning and Analyst Manager, I served as Senior Financial Analyst at ALG Senior, where I analyzed facility valuations, capital stacks, income statements, cash flow projections, and return on investment for capital projects.

At UNC Health Appalachian, I led cost reporting, audit support, reimbursement analysis, debt service reporting, and revenue analysis. As lead analyst for the Syntellis/Axiom reporting system, I partnered with finance and operations teams to improve reporting workflows and management decision-making.

I'm backed by a Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics and a background in accounting and finance. I also use Google Analytics to build dashboards and forecast customer demand, and I coach youth through the Hickory Foundation YMCA.
