At Digital RFQ, I manage daily client-account reconciliations, treasury operations, liquidity monitoring, and payment accuracy. I investigate discrepancies, overpayments, and incorrect transactions while supporting the Head of Trading with client trade execution.

Previously at Collins Sarri Statham Investments, I confirmed foreign-currency settlements, processed international cash payments through SWIFT and NEFT, reconciled accounts, and administered bank accounts. I also supported FCA reporting, client onboarding, compliance checks, stock transfers, and broker and client performance reviews.

My background combines finance operations with research and media production. As a UX Researcher at Humanitarian Operations H.O.P.E, I translated user research into recommendations for website and app improvements.

I'm detail-oriented, confident working independently, and committed to efficient financial controls. I use Excel, VLOOKUP, CRM systems, Figaro, and trade-processing platforms to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
