I'm interested in data product management, machine learning, predictive analytics, sales forecasting, and customer analytics.

At PT Astra International Tbk, I work across predictive analytics and data product management, taking products from ideation through deployment for sales planning, customer experience, pricing, and product combination use cases.

I build forecasting models for repurchase behavior and market trends, develop sales planning tools, and create customer segmentation models. I also built and maintained a Data Quality Checking Pipeline at Astra Group scale and pioneered LLM-powered automated validation that cut processing time from weeks to days.

During my IKEA secondment, I developed analytics and statistical models to solve business problems across Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. My work is grounded in Statistics and Information Technology, with experience in experimentation, predictive analytics, and data product lifecycles.
