Message

At ΚΟΝΠ/ΛΚΔΜ – ΔΕΗ Α.Ε., I designed 2D and 3D mechanical parts and industrial equipment, including components for repairing and manufacturing mine equipment.

I developed models and technical drawings using CAD software, and designed electromechanical equipment through rapid prototyping. I also used 3D printing with PLA, PETG, and ABS on a Creality K1 Max.

I prepared metal cutting layouts for thicknesses up to 130 mm, aiming to reduce material waste, and created G-code for CNC cutting. My work also involved plasma and oxy-fuel cutting processes and selecting materials to suit construction requirements.

I participated in the reconstruction and repair of the Caterpillar 6040 boom arm using special steel, and worked with construction and technical staff to adapt drawings to practical manufacturing and assembly needs.
