What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level data analyst role where I can turn data into business-focused insights using Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI while continuing to grow through hands-on analytics work.

I've analyzed 50,000 e-commerce customer records to uncover customer value, spending behavior, segmentation, and retention opportunities. My analysis identified 1,511 high-value customers at elevated churn risk, representing approximately $128.57 million in customer lifetime value.

I built a Power BI dashboard and documented findings and recommendations in a GitHub portfolio using Python, pandas, Google Colab, Matplotlib, and seaborn. I also bring over four years of executive support experience at the Legal Education Board, where I handled sensitive information, coordinated stakeholders, and delivered detail-focused administrative support.
