Kyle Daries

I’m a Computer and Information Sciences student specializing in Application Development, with a strong foundation in software development, application security, and database design. I’m passionate about building efficient, secure applications and continuously improving my technical skills.

Through my studies at Varsity College, I’ve built hands-on capability in Java, C#, and Kotlin, along with Android development using Jetpack Compose. I also develop web interfaces with HTML and CSS, and I integrate backend services through REST API integration.

I focus on writing maintainable applications using Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVVM Architecture. On the data side, I work with SQL Server and Firebase (including Authentication, Realtime Database / Firestore), and I’ve learned Offline data persistence and data management & documentation practices.

I’m seeking an internship or entry-level role to gain hands-on industry experience and contribute to real-world development projects. I bring strong attention to detail, effective communication and teamwork, reliable work ethic, and a fast-learning, adaptable approach to new technologies.
