I've designed intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks that improve visibility, decision-making, and alignment across business, data, technology, and leadership teams. I also build executive-facing Salesforce dashboards and KPI reporting, facilitate discovery and release planning, and create operating resources that support consistent adoption.
Previously, I supported Agile product delivery at Northern Trust and improved discovery and checkout experiences at StockX through behavioral insights, analytics, A/B testing, and user research.
