I’m a motivated Computer Science student with hands-on experience across IT technical support, software development, and logistics coordination. I focus on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and building practical software that supports business operations and digital transformation.

In my current role as an IT Development & Support Specialist at Guinara Group, I work on software development, system design, testing, and deployment. I also handle application maintenance and performance optimization, and I improve operational and development environments through reliable troubleshooting and system updates.

Previously, as an IT Technical Support & Logistics Coordinator at Pozytv Innovations/Shopperlistic ZA, I supported software, hardware, and network connectivity—configuring Wi‑Fi and resolving device issues—while coordinating order procurement, packaging, delivery, and client/supplier communication. I also freelance as a Website Developer, creating responsive sites with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO optimization, and UI/UX design.
