At Rödl India, I lead UX/UI design across digital initiatives, turning business requirements and complex workflows into clear digital experiences. I take designs from discovery through developer handoff, including research, user flows, prototypes, and responsive interfaces.
I built and maintain a Figma component library with 74 reusable components, creating a consistent foundation for digital interfaces. I also conduct usability testing and design accessibility-focused interfaces following WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, working with developers, product teams, marketing, and Germany-based stakeholders.
