At International Business Machines (IBM), I develop and maintain Java backend services for a Japanese financial institution’s banking system migration. I also implement RESTful APIs and help preserve core financial logic as legacy components move into a modernized architecture.

At Advanced World Solutions, I participated in migrating a legacy C# desktop system to a web stack using TypeScript, React, and Node.js. The project achieved over 95% feature parity, and I migrated more than 20 production modules.

I also integrated Oracle PL/SQL through REST APIs and maintained Jest unit and integration tests, with at least 90% code coverage as a release criterion. For my research project on poverty forecasting, I used remote sensing data and recurrent neural networks to analyze nighttime lights and vegetation indices.
