At Gym America, I lead the boys program, which grew from 24 athletes to 140, including 50 competitive team athletes. I also maintain a five-phase staff training and onboarding program covering safety, coaching, and administrative responsibilities.

I coordinate a major annual event for athletes and families, managing staff and volunteers. I also manage the competition-season budget, purchasing, vendor and family communication, and the handbooks and resources staff use day to day.

With USA GYMNASTICS, I serve as Michigan Men’s State Chairman and Region 5 Men’s Committee Secretary. I handle state-level administration, write updates for coaches and clubs, and plan camps, clinics, competitions, and championship logistics.

At HURON HILLS CHURCH, I led youth programming, retreats, and events, maintained relationships with youth and families, and managed a program budget. I also taught as a substitute teacher and student teacher in area schools.
