At Greif Packaging LLC, I redesigned and retrofitted more than 60 MDM and manufacturing custom sessions for the ERP LN 10.4-to-10.8 upgrade. I also led functional design and implementation of Infor LN planning, manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and master data processes.
At Smith and Nephew, I spearheaded an Infor ERP LN implementation and improved inventory accuracy from 85% to 97% in six months. I also analyzed inventory and revised the production plan to avoid the risk of excess and obsolescence of $3.5M in active pharmaceutical ingredients.
