At Niyo, I developed and owned the Bharat Agent Onboarding App (NSDL), reducing agent onboarding time from 7 days to 15 minutes. It enabled mobile onboarding and workbench auditing, and supported growth from 1,500 to 4,200+ new customers per month.
I also engineered an EventBridge-based Kafka pipeline to classify agent status in batches, with manual override controls for business operations. For Niyo Bharat, I shipped the MF-Loan Offers service to process Mutual Fund data and provide real-time APIs for mobile and operations workflows.
Across Niyo products, I contributed to services for Niyo X2’s integration with Utkarsh bank, including account opening, Aadhaar KYC, and statement generation. I also developed a fraud detection Risk Engine using Sign3 APIs and internal blacklists.
Earlier, at Vinculum Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I contributed to Vin-eRetail, a warehouse management SaaS, and optimized SQL queries and fixed backend bugs. I also built ParserEngine, a full-stack property management platform delivered to a client.
