As part of the Programming Team for Songdew Media, Kunal worked on episodes of TV shows that aired on Songdew TV. Kunal was able to add new life to many IPs that were stuck in limbo for many years via his work as an editor. Kunal also trained 2 junior editors and helped with production work as well.

Kunal served as a freelance video editor for goDiscover, where he made quirky and fun videos for interactive products meant for children. The videos were vibrant and decorated with little animations on top of shot footage, to make the overall result feel accessible and easy to understand for children and parents alike.

Kunal served as a freelance video editor for Match My Talent where he helped establish the brand as the go-to platform for all kinds of artists where they can be represented via profiles and hired by clients from various industries.

As the Head of Media Productions, Kunal helped establish ATHI's presence on social media like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. He also oversaw internal photography and videography of events, workshops, infotainment, etc. that happened under the banner of ATHI, iPATH and KHEM.

Kunal worked as a freelance video editor for Songdew TV, a platform for independent musicians to showcase their vision, music videos, and talent on national TV and all over social media. Kunal edited, finetuned, color-graded and enhanced music videos of various independent artists so that all videos and promos had consistency in terms of quality and pacing.

Kunal briefly handled video editing and production at MatchStick Studio where they collaborated and worked with various brands and international chefs.

Kunal took over the video production department from the then founder of SORTEDDTV, Jaisal Rathee and helped the channel reach millions of subscribers by adding his own unique flavor to the already viral videos. SORTEDDTV was eventually acquired and rebranded as The Timeliners, after a few months of Kunal moving on to other projects.

Kunal worked as a freelance video producer and editor for a short web-series by AskME.com called POP! It with Param.

The series was hosted, written and conceptualised by Fashion Designer and Stylist, Param Sahib.

Kunal interned at Haram/Halal Films during the post-production of A Sinner In Mecca. He eventually got promoted to junior animator, production manager, and assistant editor over the course of his association with the project.
