I've led engineering teams at Beamery and Spotify, building teams, improving delivery, and creating systems that help people grow. At Beamery, I grew two teams to six, launched strategic integrations, and created an Engineering Career Growth Framework.
At Spotify, I managed eight full-stack engineers across hiring, onboarding, technical solutions, planning, delivery, and individual development. I also improved web interviewing, led hiring and on-call across multiple teams, and worked on acquisition, embeds, deep-linking, podcasts, search, and signup experiences.
I'm now exploring real-world problems while coaching careers, mentoring new managers, planning bespoke travel, and helping people build financial literacy and long-term investment habits.

Designed the next-generation rules-driven customizable and configurable API Gateway with GraphQL for all of Myntra's API consumers.
Developed social and news feed APIs with Node.js at India's largest online fashion destination.
Creating an engaging user experience all through the e-commerce funnel — landing, browse, filterable and sortable search, logistics, checkout, payments, post-purchase services, SEO and especially performance.
