At Visa, I build scalable data pipelines and a Unified Operations Platform that centralizes monitoring, system control, and operational workflows across distributed data centers. My work reduced manual failure triage by 90% and improved incident response time by 80%.
I’ve designed microservices for reprocessing, data extraction, health validation, delivery management, failover, auditing, and centralized service control. I also built monitoring across six HDFS clusters, helping prevent more than 15 production-critical failures each month through automated cleanup workflows and Grafana dashboards.
I build backend systems with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Docker, MySQL, and MongoDB, and I’m also developing a GenAI document QA system using embeddings, RAG pipelines, and asynchronous ingestion workflows.
