What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a long-term career in travel and tourism, with opportunities in travel operations, tour operations, destination management, itinerary planning, airline and travel services, or tourism management. I want to keep learning, take on greater operational responsibilities, and combine my management education with practical industry experience.

At ZenithHoliday / Forex, I gained hands-on experience designing domestic and international travel itineraries. One assignment involved developing a complete Ladakh circuit, including day-wise planning, destination research, budgeting, and trip logistics.

At ITC Hotels, The Grand, I assisted with customer relations and supported guest service operations. At Atlys Integrated Infotech, I handled customer queries and supported customer service operations.

At Chandigarh University, I co-authored a research study on job stress and burnout among 304 airport ground handling staff, using a structured survey and the Maslach Burnout Inventory. I hold an MBA in Travel and Tourism Management from Chandigarh University.
