I’m a Senior Technical Writer with 22+ years of experience building documentation that makes complex products understandable—API references, white papers, installation/porting guides, and user manuals. At Samsung Electronics, Siemens, and Fuji Xerox Korea, I developed and reviewed technical documentation standards and workflows, including TV OSD and UI/UX copy, while collaborating with engineering teams through English daily meetings and document reviews.
