What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in virtual assistance or customer support where I can manage appointments, support customers professionally, and handle admin and research tasks—while gaining hands-on experience and growing with the team.

I’m a Bachelor of Arts in English Language graduate with hands-on experience in customer communication, appointment setting, and academic research support. I enjoy turning clear communication into reliable outcomes—whether I’m answering inquiries, organizing information, or assisting with documentation.

As an aspiring Virtual Assistant (self-employed, 2024), I provided administrative support through data entry, online research, and task coordination. I used Google Workspace and Microsoft Office for daily productivity while building confidence in remote work and virtual assistance responsibilities.

During my Call Center Intern role as an Outbound Appointment Setter (June 2024), I conducted outbound calls using structured scripts to engage potential clients. I collected and verified customer information, scheduled appointments for consultations and follow-ups, and maintained accurate records of interactions using CRM tools while ensuring professional communication throughout every client touchpoint.

In my part-time Teacher’s Assistant experience (June–July 2024), I supported academic research by gathering and organizing relevant information, conducting online research, and summarizing findings for academic use.
