I’m a seasoned Power Platform Lead with 8.5+ years of hands-on experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. I specialize in translating complex business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant low-code systems across BFSI, Healthcare, Education, and Construction.
In my current role, I lead end-to-end enterprise delivery of Power Platform products (CCMI, Document Detective, CCMC), managing cross-functional teams of 10–15 members. I architected scalable integrations—especially AI-driven document processing with Dynamics 365 CRM—to reduce complexity and rework.
I’m equally focused on governance and delivery engineering: I define environment strategy, DLP policies, and security roles, then operationalize them with Azure DevOps CI/CD and ALM. I build and ship Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, PCF controls, Power Automate flows, REST APIs, and multi-system integrations to meet real-world enterprise standards.
I also bring a strong delivery-and-adoption mindset from prior experience at PwC and ITC Infotech.
