At Rider University, I studied health science, with coursework in biochemical studies, health psychology, and nutrition. I use this foundation to understand how lifestyle behaviors can shape physical and mental well-being.
As an Athletic Trainer Intern at Rider University, I shadowed certified athletic trainers, observed treatment and rehabilitation plans, and assisted with exercises for Division I athletes. I also learned about injury prevention, movement analysis, and conditioning tailored to athletes’ needs.
I earned my Certified Personal Trainer credential from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’ve also taught gymnastics at Tumbles - kid's fitness gym + STEAM and Ramapo Country Day Camp, supporting children’s skill development in safe, encouraging settings.
At Catholic Charities, Diocese of Trenton, I provided front-desk and administrative support in a behavioral health and family services setting. I’m interested in evidence-based health education that respects individual experience and cultural context; being bilingual in Spanish and English has strengthened my appreciation for accessible health information.
