At Cygnet Infotech (Cygnet.One), I delivered an LLM agent system for a maritime shipping client that automates laytime and demurrage calculations. I designed an eight-stage LangGraph pipeline to extract information from shipping documents and built a deterministic calculation engine with validation and an audit ledger.
On the enterprise tax-litigation platform, I migrated email delivery to Microsoft Graph API and redesigned report-recipient storage in PostgreSQL. I also engineered a documented REST API for Direct Tax data deletion and am developing a resumable scraper for the Income Tax Compliance Portal.
In GenAI R&D, I built tool-calling agents on custom MCP servers and designed modular workflows that return structured output. Earlier, at CSIR – Central Road Research Institute (CRRI), I built a Python and OpenCV pipeline to detect and measure road damage and helped integrate it into a tool with a Flask interface.
