At Vippy Industries Ltd., I handle commercial operations and dispatch activities in coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. I process Sales Orders and Delivery Orders in ERP and keep operational records updated.

I coordinate vehicle entry, tokens, transporters and drivers for dispatch, and work with the warehouse team on dispatch readiness and gate-out. I also prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans and E-Way Bills.

Previously, as a Computer Operator in the ECHS/ESIC Mediclaim Department at Amaltas Hospital, I handled data entry, documentation, record management and billing-related operations. I’m looking for a Warehouse, Godown, Stores, Dispatch or Logistics role where I can use my ERP and documentation experience while developing my inventory and material handling skills.
