I’m seeking a senior leadership role (Regional Director / VP – Infrastructure & Urban Planning / Country Head) with a master developer, government authority, or infrastructure consultancy in the GCC / Middle East.

I’m a Senior Urban & Infrastructure Planning leader with 34+ years of experience delivering master plans, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Multi-Modal Logistics Parks (MMLPs), Port City developments, Industrial Corridors, and Smart City programmes across India and international assignments in East Africa.

I lead large design studios and multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle—from concept and master planning through statutory approvals, government liaison, and implementation—covering SEZ/Free Trade Zone planning, Port & Coastal Zone management, Mass Housing, and PPP/Concession structuring.

I’ve served in senior leadership roles including Regional Head and VP – Infrastructure Planning & Design, and I’ve built a track record of 68+ projects delivered.
