At Engineering Projects (India) Ltd. (EPIL), I review DPRs and DBRs for national infrastructure programs, including hospitals, airports, transit systems, and institutional campuses. I assess planning and design requirements, drawings, functionality, and CAPEX.
For the Delhi Government’s Smart Bus Queue Shelter DBFOT, I developed technical specifications for a 3,575-unit program. I benchmarked international models and considered accessibility, public-realm quality, passenger services, and operational features.
At Acrosszero, I managed concept design and Good-for-Construction drawing packages for residential and commercial projects, coordinating architectural requirements with MEP inputs. Earlier, as a part-time Junior Architect there, I delivered concept designs, interior proposals, architectural drawings, and 3D visualizations.
My GeoAI land-record-management thesis at the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal, developed a GIS and AI-based framework using spatial analysis, geospatial data integration, predictive workflows, and data visualization. I also contributed to port-city and regional planning assignments and have authored or contributed to three conference papers on urban planning, public-space analytics, and sustainable mobility.
