I'm currently delivering civil and structural activities for Opera Energy's BESS project at Mulleria, from quantity take-offs and BOQ verification through site inspections, reporting, quality, and safety monitoring.

At Karma Builders and Developers, I prepared BBS and quantities for RCC, reinforcement steel, masonry, plastering, flooring, and excavation. I managed G+4 and villa projects from foundation through finishing, coordinating materials, progress, quality, and site safety.

At Creative Builders Kochi, I managed construction activities for a 4,000 sq ft project and oversaw a 50-member construction crew. At Jayaraj Architects, I managed site work for a 25,000 sq ft project completed within seven months.

I hold an MTech in Computer Aided Structural Engineering and a BTech in Civil Engineering. I use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office to support construction management, technical verification, and project delivery.
