I'm looking to contribute to civil construction projects where I can lead site operations, strengthen safety and quality compliance, and grow my project planning and execution responsibilities.

At Ceezion Developers & Contractors, I coordinate 50+ skilled laborers delivering the MLCP Building at Kollam Railway Station. I optimize labor allocation and scheduling across multiple station building zones while maintaining full man-hour utilization.

I translate structural designs into actionable site work using AutoCAD, oversee reinforcement and shuttering, and lead safety briefings during RCC and piling phases. I also handle site supervision, quality checks, subcontractor coordination, quantity surveying, reporting, and material procurement.
