At British Telecom, I own end-to-end automation across native mobile and web platforms using WebdriverIO, Appium and TypeScript. I design cross-platform coverage for iOS and Android journeys and integrate automated tests into GitLab CI for continuous testing.

At Tech Mahindra, I tested web applications and third-party integrations for Virgin Media, Virgin Media O2 and Deutsche Telekom. I developed automated test scripts, authored test plans, and conducted release testing during UAT.
