At T-Systems South Africa/Gijima, I lead cyber incident response operations for multiple enterprise clients, overseeing the full incident lifecycle, customer relationships, security governance, and CSIRT processes.

I built an enterprise Cyber Incident Response Team and have led ransomware response and recovery engagements, executive cyber crisis management, and incident response playbook development aligned to NIST. I also prepare ISO 27001 compliance evidence for audits and help maintain continuous certification readiness.

Previously, I led Endpoint Security and Business Intelligence, developing security strategy and architecture, managing PKI infrastructure, supporting CIRT activities, and delivering security technology improvement programmes.

Across technical services and security solution roles, I've designed and implemented risk-based security measures, enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and secure-by-design solutions that improve operational maturity and reduce cyber risk.
