At NOVOPUR advanced science pvt ltd, I work as a DCS Control Room Operator in a hydrogenation plant, handling exothermic and endothermic reactions.

I monitor critical process parameters and alarms, check programming logic controls against SOPs, and use trend and system log data to support safe plant conditions. I also respond to abnormal situations and follow start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.

I handle hydrogenation, ethylene, and propylene PRV stations, as well as a Single Fluid System used for reactor cooling and heating. My work includes calibration, documentation, and coordination with field operators to address operational issues.

At LG POLYMERS INDIA PVT LTD, I worked as a DCS control room operator on a continuous suspension polymerization process, handling 20 kl reactors in EPS production. I monitored process variables and safety equipment, and participated in process mock drills.
