What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own program strategy and operations end-to-end—driving efficiency, accountability, and compliance—while leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact STEM and digital initiatives.

I’m a multilingual program and operations leader with 10+ years of experience managing complex, multi-site initiatives across nonprofit, government-funded, and technology-driven sectors. I specialize in end-to-end program lifecycle management, from strategy and planning through execution, delivery, and performance tracking.

Across roles, I’ve owned program budgeting and resource allocation—including $1M budgets—while strengthening internal controls and ensuring efficient operations. I develop operational systems for event planning, volunteer management, documentation, and reporting, improving transparency and stakeholder communication.

I lead and coordinate teams across geographies, including teams of 25 staff and volunteers, and I build strategic relationships with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders. My work consistently drives measurable outcomes, such as tripling event attendance and improving collaboration across multiple global locations.
