At Natech, Snappi and Allwyn Pay, I own and operate Natech’s Docusaurus platform and shipped API portals for Snappi and Allwyn Pay. I built the portals with Next.js, MDX pipelines and multilingual code samples.

I also built and owned an internal product library, extending it with LLM/RAG for semantic retrieval. I developed automated docs-as-code workflows and AI-based language detection for technical copy, and published AI skill packs and MCP toolkits for organisation squads.

Previously, I built documentation portals and authoring infrastructure for SaaS, Web3, gaming and conversational-AI products. Across roles at wappier, DeusExMachina, Omilia and other organisations, I connected documentation to engineering workflows and developed content architecture, onboarding and knowledge platforms.
