What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own scalable frontend architecture end-to-end, lead technical decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate closely with product, business stakeholders, and clients.

I've built and evolved a DCIM platform for Rittal at Digital Technology Poland, covering infrastructure monitoring, permissions, charts, and interactive 3D room and rack visualization.

I lead frontend technical decisions from architecture through deployment, setting coding standards, reviewing code, managing technical debt, and helping developers grow through performance reviews, training, mentoring, and open feedback.

I build Angular applications with a custom Design System developed with Eplan, using RxJS, Server-Sent Events, WebSocket, and Jest to deliver scalable, maintainable, high-performing software. I also work directly with product teams, business stakeholders, and clients to turn requirements into iterative business value.

Earlier, I built Azure-based developer infrastructure and Ansible CI/CD pipelines for banking projects at Capgemini, and delivered internal applications, REST APIs, database integrations, and full feature cycles at Talex. That path across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and deployment lets me own solutions end-to-end.
