What I'm looking for
I'm developing physics-aware generative AI for high-fidelity signal reconstruction in Digital Holographic Microscopy, combining computational optics with deep learning to reduce manual tuning and improve phase fidelity.
At Information Technology University of the Punjab, I've developed machine-learning pipelines for automated microscopy image analysis and curated complex biomedical image datasets through preprocessing and high-resolution annotation. I also trained and evaluated a YOLOv8 blood-cell detection model on 2,000 annotated blood smear images, measuring precision, recall, and mAP across WBC, RBC, and platelet classes.
My biomedical engineering foundation includes medical image processing, biomedical signal processing, modeling, simulation, biomechanics, and robotics. My funded final-year project translated sign language to speech using flexible sensor arrays.
Alongside research, I support clinical technology evaluation at the Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department, including MRI, CT, and Cath Lab modalities, equipment lifecycle monitoring, and clinical-data analysis. I'm interested in foundation models for multimodal data, trustworthy AI, and healthcare technology that generalizes reliably in real-world settings.
