In my current independent role, I spearheaded end-to-end operations for a digital product line, overseeing inventory sourcing, quality control, and order fulfillment. I also executed multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across TikTok and Instagram using Canva and video editing tools, while managing client communication and customer support through the Yaga platform.

I further strengthen my communication and learning-support skills through freelance 1-on-1 English tutoring and educational content creation. I create clear learning materials with digital tools, track progress metrics, and maintain direct client updates—so stakeholders always know what’s happening and what’s next.
