At DES GÂTEAUX ET DU PAIN, I supervise accounting operations covering treasury, customers, suppliers, and bank reconciliations. I also contribute to cash monitoring across four points of sale.
I monitor stock movements across those locations, including transfers, and analyze discrepancies between theoretical and physical inventory. This work helped reduce stock variances, and I support stock valuation in the ERP.
I contributed to implementing Odoo, improving data reliability and reporting, and setting up internal control tools. I also analyze costs, margins, and product profitability.
Previously, at CABINET SOPHIA CENTER, I maintained client accounts, reviewed accounting records, prepared financial statements, and handled tax and social declarations. I hold the DCG and am currently preparing for the DSCG.
