At Veolia Australia & New Zealand, I manage month-end and year-end activities across a multi-site environment, using SAP, TM1 and advanced Excel to improve reporting, reconciliations and controls. I reduced the month-end close cycle from three days to two and led a balance-sheet clean-up across 40+ profit centres and three company setups.

I've automated contractor payments, reducing estimated payment errors by 40%, and work closely with Finance and Operations to investigate issues and make financial information more useful for management.

Across Veolia, Esdan Plastics and Openway Food, I've built budgets, rolling forecasts, product-costing and pricing models that connect operational drivers with commercial decisions. My work spans waste volumes, labour, fuel, disposal costs, fleet costs, inventory, contract revenue, margin analysis and CAPEX.
