I am an energetic and imaginative UX/UI & Product Designer with over 9 years of experience in user experience design, primarily focused on enhancing applications for startups and large enterprises. My journey began at a local software company in Ahmedabad, where I honed my skills in user experience, particularly working with government organizations to improve their applications. My most significant role was as the Founding Product Designer at Novo, a banking solution for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA. Here, I played a crucial role in the company's growth by designing mobile and web applications and streamlining complex banking processes.

At Novo, I managed the entire design cycle and led a team, ensuring that our designs were user-centric and aligned with the company's goals. I developed a comprehensive design system that encompassed mobile apps, web apps, and admin systems. After leaving Novo in March 2022, I continued my career with various agencies in India, where I focused on product design from a strategic perspective, working with clients in fintech and edutech. My approach is data-driven, utilizing user research to inform design decisions and create products that exceed user expectations.
