At Capgemini, I lead finance for a $750M Telco & Media business and manage a global team of 25. I partner with senior leadership on pricing, deal structuring, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition, and cash flow planning.

I've reduced DSO and improved contribution margin, delivering $1M in annual savings through automation and control enhancements. I also deliver board and management reporting with actionable insights while ensuring IFRS, internal-control, and audit compliance across 10 large North American accounts.

Previously, I founded Maheshwari Mundra & Associates, advising SMEs and startups on IFRS implementation, fundraising, GST, process reengineering, financial modeling, and MIS automation. I helped clients raise working capital and streamline compliance.

My earlier work at iGate/Patni Computers and Reliance Communications covered revenue assurance, US GAAP, SOX compliance, corporate accounts, consolidation, first-time IFRS adoption, and stock-exchange reporting. I'm passionate about using financial insight to enable informed decisions and sustainable growth.
