What I'm looking for

I'm targeting roles in Learning & Development, instructional design, and eLearning.

At Accenture, I designed onboarding modules and job aids for Meta, helping 5–8 new hires a month reach production readiness faster. I also partnered with Meta SMEs and stakeholders to update learning content as platform requirements changed.

I used monthly audit findings at Accenture to identify skill gaps and design targeted QA refreshers. The two teams I trained stayed above an 85% quality threshold, and I designed assessments that helped certify every new hire before live production.

In my independent portfolio projects, I take courses from audience analysis and storyboarding through development, testing, and publishing. I build scenario-based eLearning, software simulations, and animated microlearning, with captions and other accessibility features built in.

My work spans live virtual training, Workday Learn administration, and learning evaluation. A background in journalism and web writing informs how I write for learners, and I use ADDIE to guide learning from analysis through evaluation.
