I’m an organized Quantity Surveyor with 2 years of experience, bringing a strong foundation in project planning, cost analysis, and scheduling. I focus on producing accurate quantities, clear documentation, and decision-ready reports for site and management teams.

In my current role at G Ramamoorthi Constructions as a Junior Quantity Surveyor, I handle detailed quantities take off for all works using GFC drawings. I review consultant drawings, recommend adjustments to site requirements, and support precise project cost planning through rate analysis for materials and schedules.

I’m responsible for generating cost and value reports that feed reliable cash flow insights. I prepare estimates for management planning, and I produce Achieved Value vs. Planned Value statements and monthly reconciliation statements for materials, along with daily achieved value reporting.

I also manage key billing and documentation tasks: preparing DLR, DPR, DMR, and WPR; preparing material requests and GRN in ERP; and scrutinizing and certifying subcontractor and labour bills. I’m currently looking for a career change in a reputed organization to further improve my quantity surveying skills and grow in civil engineering.
