At KangwanaTech (Kigo AI), I engineered Kigo OS to use LLMs to categorize and structure unstructured text, and I designed Kigo Ombudsman to turn complex civic grievances into administrative data for the University of Nairobi.

I've conducted extensive manual RLHF to reduce hallucinations in data logging and integrated Google Search API grounding into AI agents for high-fidelity, real-time telemetry. My work combines model evaluation, prompt design, Node.js architecture, WebSocket logic, REST API integration, and JSON schema validation.

Previously, I managed a high-volume digital services hub, optimizing human-in-the-loop workflows and maintaining zero-error technical support protocols. I also bring Political Science and Strategic Communication research experience, including AI ethics research on grassroots Kenyan trade environments.
