I’m an AI Operations Specialist and native Swahili expert, combining Technical QA with AI & language operations to make models accurate, culturally relevant, and technically reliable for the East African market.

In my current role, I evaluate multimodal AI outputs for linguistic precision in both English and Swahili, audit grammar and cultural hallucinations through LQA, and support RLHF optimization with high-quality human feedback aligned to East African dialects and formal Kenyan Swahili.

I also bring hands-on QA methods—manual testing (end-to-end), functional testing, UAT, and technical debugging with Chrome DevTools—to ensure model and product behaviors match real-world expectations.

Alongside AI work, I’ve developed and tested bilingual (English/Swahili) web experiences, documented logic and security issues with GitHub, and performed localization testing to prevent mobile layout breakages and UI overflows—so quality holds from dataset to interface.
