I am a Chartered clinical psychologist with two decades of experience across NHS services, private practice and physical health settings, delivering specialist psychological care for complex trauma, personality disorder and severe mental health presentations. I combine advanced therapeutic skills (CBT, DBT, CFT, EMDR) with leadership, service design and teaching to improve care pathways and outcomes.
